This retreat involves guided peer-interaction and reflection to ponder, identify, and grow in the challenges and opportunities of organizational leadership, especially as women. We will look at current issues and topics around thriving as women leaders, partnering with our brothers,  confidence and calling, and life/work balance issues. Enjoy corporate worship, walks, meals together for friendship, and open evenings for recreation, connection, solitude, or sleep! You’ll have a private room in a shared apartment.  Our hope is that you will leave encouraged and enriched physically, relationally, and spiritually, and also in God’s vision for your ministry! Because this renewal retreat is offered just after the “Renewing Your Soul” retreat, you can choose to come for one retreat or stay for both (register for the week-long experience “Thriving as Women Leaders”)

The registration fee covers all on-site costs: Room/meals, facilities, facilitation, local and airport transportation. (Because this is an event fee, it is not tax-deductible.)

Confirmation:

We will confirm your reservation and send your receipt when we receive your registration form and payment. Before you book your travel, please wait until you hear from us to affirm that an available place has been reserved for you.

Refund Policy:

If cancellation is necessary, you will receive a refund less a $75 cancellation fee since this is necessary to cover non-refundable costs. However, since groups are limited to 15, cancellations affect the overall group experience and configuration as well as our commitment to the facility. Therefore, we ask that each participant make every effort to be present once registered. Thank you!

Arrivals/Departures:

If you are flying from out of the area please fly into Orlando FL (MCO) by Tuesday afternoon, March 9, no later than 4pm, so our scheduled start at 5pm is protected – especially with winter travel. Flight departures anytime Friday, March 12 (breakfast included). Thanks for arranging your arrival/departure times so that you will be present from beginning to end, not arriving/leaving early. It takes about 15 minutes to get from the Orlando airport to the Wycliffe guest house and we will meet you.

If you are driving to the Wycliffe guest house, please plan to be there by 4 pm on Tuesday, March 9, to get checked in and settled before our introductory time begins.

To best protect an undistracted experience we ask that, even if you are staying elsewhere, you stay fully engaged with your group all day from breakfast through dinner. Most participants agree that staying on site, even if you are local, provides the strongest, undistracted experience of this special learning/relating community.
