This week is designed to renew and re-tool you as a woman in leadership with guided peer-interaction as well as private reflection time to ponder, identify, and grow in the challenges and opportunities of organizational leadership, especially as women. You will enjoy a restful setting for rest, reflection, and recreation in a beautiful setting with mentors and peers. You’ll have a private room in a shared apartment.  The first half of the week is a guided experience of “Sabbath” with times of silence and solitude as well as refreshing practices to decompress and settle your soul.   Besides the rich group and solitary times, our experienced guides will be available for personal times of spiritual direction as you like.  The second half of the week we will look at current issues and topics around thriving as women leaders, partnering with our brothers,  confidence and calling, and life/work balance issues. Enjoy corporate worship, walks, a mid-week excursion to Coco Beach on the Atlantic coast, meals together for friendship, and open evenings for recreation, connection, solitude, or sleep!  Our hope is that you will leave encouraged and enriched physically, relationally, and spiritually, and also in God’s vision for your ministry! 

To best protect an undistracted experience we ask that, even if you are staying elsewhere, you stay fully engaged with your group all day from breakfast through dinner.

The registration fee covers all on-site costs: Room/meals, facilities, facilitation, local and airport transportation. (Because this is an event fee, it is not tax-deductible.)

Confirmation:

We will confirm your reservation and send your receipt when we receive your registration form and payment. Before you book your travel, please wait until you hear from us to affirm that an available place has been reserved for you.

Refund Policy:

If cancellation is necessary, you will receive a refund less a $150 cancellation fee since this is necessary to cover non-refundable costs. However, since groups are limited to 15, cancellations affect the overall group experience and configuration as well as our commitment to the facility. Therefore, we ask that each participant make every effort to be present once registered. Thank you! (If the facility cancels due to covid concerns, you will be fully refunded.)

Arrivals/Departures:

If you are flying from out of the area please fly into Orlando FL (MCO) by Friday afternoon, March 5, no later than 4pm, so our scheduled start at 5pm is protected – especially with winter travel. Flight departures anytime Friday, March 12 (breakfast included). Thanks for arranging your arrival/departure times so that you will be present from beginning to end, not arriving/leaving early. It takes about 15 minutes to get from the Orlando airport to the Wycliffe guest house and we will meet you.

If you are driving to the Wycliffe guest house, please plan to be there by 4 pm on Friday, March 5, to get checked in and settled before our introductory time begins.
