Upcoming Events › Leadership Pathways, Part 3: Developing Others
What helps us make our best contribution as women leaders, and also to advocate for others?
This experience will focus on 1) coaching as a leadership style to support a culture of developing people, 2) productive conversations and language that can help pave the way for healthy partnerships as brothers and sisters in Christ, 3) gaining personal clarity, identifying inconsistencies, exploring historical and practical trends, and resolving tensions we may hold related to our understanding and application of biblical teaching around gender, leadership, gifting, and design – at home, in the church, and outside – and, 4) exploring what women need to do their best work and minister authentically as women. What a privilege to have time with peers and mentors around these rich issues that can help us, and those around us, thrive! This peer-mentoring community is guided by experienced women mentors and limited to a cohort of 12 participants, so we leave with important friendships for the ongoing journey! Parts 1 & 2 are recommended but not required. (A 6-day experience) Some advance reading.
