• Encouragement through the teaching of the Word
• Connecting with new friends in discussion groups

During your afternoon free time, you will be encouraged to choose activities that relax and refuel you:

• Enjoy extended quiet time with the Lord
• Pray with a member of our Prayer Team
• Meet with a counselor to process life
• Take a nap / read a book
• Get your hair cut (most retreat locations)
• Relax while receiving a massage (most retreat locations)
• Benefit from a foot massage and pedicure
• Join a friend to have your colors done (most retreat locations)

Evenings are filled with laughter and time to connect with new friends.
