While we are all called to a lifetime of growth in Christ and participation in the purposes of God, each of us is also given a special calling that flows out of our unique design for a particular contribution at this time in history and in our specific life context. Discover, or re-discover, what God has for you in this stage of life.
Understanding how God has woven into each of us a special ability for contributing to His purposes through our life experiences, personalities, values, gifts and passions, allows us to experience a deeper sense of joy, satisfaction, perseverance, and impact. By gaining clarity and confidence around that personal mission, we can better recognize and choose involvements aligned with God’s design for us. Enjoy a week of coaching by experienced mentors and with peers toward the clarity that frees us from over- or under-commitment and a life pace that sustains us as passionate lifetime disciples. Minimal advance preparation.
This development experience will help you build confidence and skills around clarity in your own unique design and personal mission and strengthen your ability to step into the opportunities God is putting before you! Invest now in a relational learning experience with peers, in a lovely setting for renewal and growth! Learning is done in interactive peer-groups, guided by experienced mentors, with a maximum of 12 women in each group. First come, first serve!

Begin Thursday evening, September 8, 5pm sharp, with introductions/overview and dinner. End Wednesday evening, September 14, at 7pm (registration includes your room for this night, assuming September 15 departures.) Daily activities from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm, which include worship, personal reflection time, group instruction and interaction, plus several breaks, a long lunch and evenings free.
We will enjoy an extended worship time together on the first morning to ease into our week, and a Free Afternoon half way through the week to enjoy the area and have some fun/relaxation.
Cost for the Week: $750 all-inclusive, on-site, or $550 for commuters

We will be hosted by SIM USA located in Charlotte, NC. This all-inclusive price includes lovely accommodation with a bathroom in each room (based on double occupancy) and use of all facilities, with 3 meals/day plus coffee breaks, for the duration of your stay, September 8-15, except dinner on the day off. It also includes training instruction, all meeting rooms, administration, pick-up and delivery to the Charlotte airport, and transportation on our day off. Some materials ordered separately, approx $20. What a deal!
Because this is an event fee, it is not tax-deductible.
To best protect an undistracted experience we ask that, even if you are staying elsewhere, you stay fully engaged with your group all day through dinner.

We will confirm your reservation when we receive your registration form and payment, as places cannot be confirmed until payment is received. Please register soon upon opening of registration to assure your place.
Before you book your travel, please wait until you hear from us to affirm a full group for your module. If there are not at least 5 participants per module, we will need to cancel and your fees will be refunded in full. You’ll be notified no later than 2 months before the module start date.
If your plans change and cancellation is necessary, you will receive a refund, less a $150 cancellation fee. Since groups are limited to 10, cancellations affect the overall group experience and configuration as well as our commitment to the facility. Therefore, we ask that each participant make every effort to be present once registered. Thank you! If the facility cancels due to covid concerns, you will be fully refunded.
If you are flying from out of the area please fly into Charlotte, NC (CLT) by Thursday afternoon, September 8, no later than 4pm, so our scheduled start at 5pm is protected. Flight departures anytime Thursday, September 15 (breakfast included). Thanks for arranging your arrival/departure times so that you will be present from beginning to end, not arriving late/leaving early. It takes about 30 minutes to get from the airport to the guest facility and we will arrange your pickup.
If you are driving to SIM, please plan to be there by 4 pm on Thursday, September 8, to get checked in and settled before our training time begins.
