Leadership Pathways for Women: Growing through our Internal Hindrances
“If your gift is to lead, do it diligently” Rom 12:8
An online coaching cohort for Great Commission women gifted with leading, initiating, and strategic-thinking.
Limited to 12 women – registration closes when full
Women are making their way into strategic positions of influence and leadership within the church, ministry and missions as we’ve recognized what we are missing without them. They are called by God to serve and flourish in these arenas! At the same time, we’ve seen that a women’s path into leadership is often different than a man’s, involving external and internal challenges that are not all unique to women, but they tend to hinder women in unique ways.
This guided experience of peer-learning involves monthly online meetings around the coaching process, 7 Deadly Sins of Women in Leadership, developed by Dr Kate Coleman. This 8-part investment brings together hard-won wisdom, biblical insight, and practical tools to empower women in leadership.
Discussions will be facilitated by Wendy Wilson, Exec Dir of Women’s Development Track, with coaching sessions facilitated by Beth Eckstein, Certified Executive Coach (see more about them below). Beth and Wendy will guide us through this process of discovery and peer-learning as follows:
