Leadership Pathways Foundations
A Curriculum Showcase for Mission Leaders
Closed Registration: by invitation only
Mission leaders participating in this showcase will enjoy a week of intentional refreshment with likeminded peers while experiencing the Leadership Pathways: Foundations curriculum, providing vital input into refining the experience for future inter-agency cohorts.
hosted by: Women’s Development Track at Ross Point Conference Center
facilitated by Dr. Melissa Singfiel and Dr. Wanda Walborn
While we are all called to a lifetime of growth in Christ and participation in the purposes of God, each of us is also given a special calling that flows out of our unique design for a particular contribution at this time in history and in our specific life context. The Leadership Pathways: Foundations curriculum is a formational journey that will clarify leadership call and set a foundation for continued leadership development.
- Learn to establish spiritual rhythms and vital behaviors that sustain you on your leadership journey.
- Discover your leadership profile and how to communicate your best contribution for kingdom impact.
- Find a safe community to unpack leadership challenges and process grief well so you are free to lead unencumbered.
Who is this course designed for?
- Women beginning their leadership journey
- Women seeking clarity on their ministry and leadership calling
Minimal advance preparation.
Course Schedule:
Begin Wednesday evening, December 2, with introductions/overview and dinner at 5pm, then introductory session following. End Monday evening, Dec 7, at 7pm (registration includes your room for this night, assuming Dec 8 departures.) 9:00 am – 6:00 pm daily (including worship, personal reflection time, group instruction and interaction, plus several breaks and a long lunch with evenings free.)
We will enjoy an extended worship time together on the first morning to ease into our week, and a Free Afternoon half way through the week to enjoy the area and have some fun/relaxation.
To best protect an undistracted experience we ask that, even if you are staying elsewhere, you stay fully engaged with your group all day from breakfast through dinner.
