While we are all called to a lifetime of growth in Christ and participation in the purposes of God, each of us is also given a special calling that flows out of our unique design for a particular contribution at this time in history and in our specific life context. Discover, or re-discover, what God has for you in this stage of life – to make your best contribution for God’s Kingdom!

Understanding how God has woven into each of us a special ability for contributing to His purposes through our life experiences, personalities, values, gifts and passions, allows us to experience a deeper sense of joy, satisfaction, perseverance, and impact.  By gaining clarity and confidence around that personal mission, we can better recognize and choose involvements aligned with God’s design for us. Enjoy a week of coaching by experienced mentors and with peers toward the clarity that frees us from over- or under-commitment and a life pace that sustains us as passionate lifetime disciples.   Minimal advance preparation. 

This development experience will help you build confidence and skills around clarity in your own unique design and personal mission and strengthen your ability to step into the opportunities God is putting before you!  Invest now in a relational learning experience with peers, in a lovely setting for renewal and growth! Learning is done in interactive peer-groups, guided by experienced mentors, with a maximum of 12 women in each group. First come, first serve!

Who is this course designed for?  . . .

Course Schedule:

Begin Wednesday evening, December 2, with introductions/overview and dinner at 5pm, then introductory session following. End Monday evening, Dec 7, at 7pm (registration includes your room for this night, assuming Dec 8 departures.) 9:00 am – 6:00 pm daily (including worship, personal reflection time, group instruction and interaction, plus several breaks and a long lunch with evenings free.)

We will enjoy an extended worship time together on the first morning to ease into our week, and a Free Afternoon half way through the week to enjoy the area and have some fun/relaxation.

To best protect an undistracted experience we ask that, even if you are staying elsewhere, you stay fully engaged with your group all day from breakfast through dinner.

We will confirm your reservation when we receive your registration form and payment (places cannot be confirmed until payment is received) – please register soon to assure your place. Before you book your travel, please wait until you hear from us to affirm a full group for your module. 

Refund Policy:

Cancellations will be refunded except for $150.

Arrivals/Departures: 

If you are flying from out of the area please fly into Spokane, WA (GEG) by Wednesday afternoon, Dec 2, no later than 4pm, so our scheduled start at 5pm is protected. Flight departures anytime Tuesday, Dec 8, (breakfast included). Thanks for arranging your arrival/departure times so that you will be present from beginning to end, not arriving late/leaving early. It takes about 30 minutes to get from the airport to the guest facility and we will arrange the Avant shuttle for you.

If you are driving, please plan to be there by 4 pm on Wednesday, Dec 2, to get checked in and settled before our training time begins.
