Following the live event will be 4 monthly virtual cohort-based coaching sessions to address each topic in detail and focus on practical issues you face.

Participant Profile

This course is designed for emerging leaders in their mid-20s to late 30s. Explore the challenges you face in mission agency and church leadership positions and focus on enhancing skills required to mature and become more effective. (Age max for event attendance is 40 years of age).

Price includes event materials, lodging, food, four virtual coaching sessions and the IPSAT process. For those members who live locally and choose to commute, there is a commuting ticket.
