SUMMARY:Leadership Pathways for Women: A Monthly Online Coaching Cohort
DESCRIPTION:Leadership Pathways for Women: Growing through our Internal Hindrances\n“If your gift is to lead\, do it diligently” Rom 12:8 \nAn online coaching cohort for Great Commission women gifted with leading\, initiating\, and strategic-thinking.\nLimited to 12 women – FULL (Registration CLOSED) \n\nWomen are making their way into strategic positions of influence and leadership within the church\, ministry and missions as we’ve recognized what we are missing without them. They are called by God to serve and flourish in these arenas! At the same time\, we’ve seen that a women’s path into leadership is often different than a man’s\, involving external and internal challenges that are not all unique to women\, but they tend to hinder women in unique ways. \nThis guided experience of peer-learning involves monthly online meetings around the coaching process\, 7 Deadly Sins of Women in Leadership\, developed by Dr Kate Coleman. This 8-part investment brings together hard-won wisdom\, biblical insight\, and practical tools to empower women in leadership. \nDiscussions will be facilitated by Wendy Wilson\, Exec Dir of Women’s Development Track\, with coaching sessions facilitated by Beth Eckstein\, Certified Executive Coach (see more about them below).  Beth and Wendy will guide us through this process of discovery and peer-learning as follows: \n8 Monthly Sessions:  Sept 2025 – April 2026\, SECOND Thursday of the month\, 12:00 – 1:30pm ET\n#1 – September 11: Introductions and Overview\n     Laying the Foundation for a Good Experience – Vision\, Vulnerability\, and Group Guidelines \n#2 – October 9: Hindrance #1 – Limiting Self-Perceptions\n     Discussion: Identifying Truth and Defeating our Inner Critics\nCoaching: Your own Internal Narratives \n#3 – November 13: Hindrance #2 – Failure to Draw the Line\n     Discussion: Life-Giving Boundaries and Practical Boundary Management\nCoaching: Your own Relationship to Boundaries \n#4 – December 11: Hindrance #3 – Inadequate Personal Vision\n     Discussion: Discerning and Living into God-given Vision in Every Season\nCoaching: Ambition Guilt \n#5 – January 8: Hindrance #4 – Rhythms of Work and Rest\n     Discussion: Worshipping God by Honoring our God-given Limits\nCoaching: Neglecting Self-Care \n#6 – February 12: Hindrance #5 – The Disease to Please\n     Discussion: Balancing Relationships and Leadership\nCoaching: Security Idolatry \n#7 – March 12: Hindrance #6 – Colluding and not Confronting\n     Discussion: Addressing Conflict with Wisdom and Courage\nCoaching: Colluding with Dysfunction \n#8 – April 9: Hindrance #7 – Neglect in Family Matters\n     Discussion: Trusting God with our Nearest and Dearest\nCoaching: Self-Reliance over God-Reliance \nWhat you’ll be asked to do: 1) To make the most of our time together\, you’ll prepare for our sessions each month by reading one chapter in the book 7 Deadly Sins of Women in Leadership and watching the videos for each month on your own. 2) At the end of each cohort session you will be given a personal action step to process with the group the next month. 3) And we’ll ask you to commit your best intentions to this cohort to be present and prepared every month! \nCost: $250 + purchase of the book\, includes:\n1) Full access to the video series on your own. Find previews of the video study here. (An individual subscription costs $250 alone but we can get a group rate through Women’s Development Track AND add the essential cohort learning experience together.)\n2) Monthly 90-minute online sessions with your cohort for important processing and coaching as peers per the schedule above. \nRegistration: Register and pay through the button at the top right of this page (Notation for 7DS Online.)  Or Registration online but mail a check made payable to Women’s Development Track    PO Box 894   Coeur d’Alene\, ID 83816. SUMMARY:Clifton Strengths Workshop: Embracing My Design
DESCRIPTION:Registration closed\nEmbracing My Design for the Glory of God and His Purposes through Me\n(For women and men both!)\nIn a culture of overcommitment and porous boundaries\, understanding more about how God has wired me to best contribute to my relationships and ministry opportunities for HIS GLORY can help me make better (guilt-free) decisions with my limited time and support healthy relationships with the people God has placed in my life.  \nSaturday workshop: NOVEMBER 15\, 2025   9am – 1pm\n521 E Lakeside\, Coeur dAlene\, ID 83814 (Gymnasium doors facing parking lot on 5th street)\nFacilitated by Heather Erickson\, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach\, https://coeursolutions.com\nCost: $60 (Includes the Gallup Strengths Survey and materials) \nIt’s easy to think everyone approaches life and relationships the way we do\, but the reality is that God designed diversity into each one of us that allows us to 1) bring our strengths (and embrace them) for the benefit of others\, and 2) to depend on others (and grow in grace) for what they bring that is different from us. Frustration can turn to appreciation! \nUncover your unique God-given talents through CliftonStrengths reports and activities:\n* Grow your identity in Christ!\n* Lean into your God Given talents!\n* Bless your colleagues\, friendships\, marriages\, and parenting with more godly confidence!\n\n\n  \nThe workshop includes the CliftonStrengths survey which you will take 7 days before you come. It takes about 45 minutes to complete. The link to the survey will come to the email address you put on your registration form. We will deep dive into your top 5 reports\, giving you personalized insights and a full understanding of the top 5 reports. Facilitated reflection and discussion\, guided activities to help you create an application strategy for growth into your design!  After this engaging overview\, Heather can be engaged for followup appointments to explore what you have to gain through growth into your strengths: \n* in coaching more specifically into your own profile personally\,\n* in your parenting as a couple with the transforming benefit of your combined strengths\,\n*in your ministry teams to bring each member’s best contribution forward as a blessing rather than a source of frustration or stress. \n\n\n\nGet started now on this encouraging journey! Register through the button at the top of this page.\nQuestions?  Wendy@WomensDevelopmentTrack.com or 208/665-2367 (Open to men and women both)
