DESCRIPTION:January 26-28\, 2023\nAzmera Haven Retreats are for English speaking\, Kingdom minded women serving cross-culturally overseas\, from various nations and vocations\, and their local teammates. We welcome business expats (full-time vocational workers employed by embassies\, companies\, military\, etc.) with a heart for God. \nIn August 2020 when very few were gathering\, Azmera decided to host their first Stateside Summit for global workers who were in the US during the global pandemic.  One month later\, 80 women from all over the US gathered to be encouraged and connected. Since then and after attending many mission conferences throughout the US\, the vision for the STATESIDE Summit has grown to be more of a mission event for women. This haven retreat is special for those women who can speak English to be a part of other women’s lives from around the world as we gather together to savor God’s Word.  For Kingdom-minded women\, workers & expats from various nationalities\, and their local teammates.  We welcome you to join! \nWhat can you expect? Our hopes are that YOU would: \n\n\nWhat does it cost? SUMMARY:Critical Skills for Emerging Leaders
DESCRIPTION:Missio Nexus Leadership Development for Women and Men\nJanuary 31\, 2023 @ 4:00 pm – February 3\, 2023 @ 12:00 pm EST\n\nEngage with other emerging leaders in a 2.5-day in-person event that addresses your spiritual foundation for leadership as well as personal leadership awareness and effectiveness. Connect as a group to explore team life\, organization lifecycles and culture\, plus ongoing leadership development. Following the live event will be 4 monthly virtual cohort-based coaching sessions to address each topic in detail and focus on practical issues you face. \nThis is your opportunity to develop your personal leadership style\, enabling you to analyze and develop within your organization. This course will make you proficient in personal leadership analysis and development. But most importantly\, it will help you to build cultural awareness for your organization to serve on mission. \nAdded Bonus\nFollowing the live Emerging Leaders event in February each participant will be able to participate in an IPSAT assessment. IPSAT is an assessment tool followed by a multi-step module based learning\, and one-on-one individual coaching. This process designed by Steve Moore the President of nexleader has impacted many leaders. Tim Elmore the Founder and CEO of Growing Leaders has said\, “I’m such a believer in this resource all of our staff and interns engage with the IPSAT. It’s a core aspect of our commitment to help every team member bring their best to work and life.” The IPSAT process will help you to grow your self-awareness and lead yourself better and includes the following 8 training modules: \n• The Art of Self-Leadership and the Power of Self-Awareness\n• Exploring Your Personality (includes assessment)\n• Discovering Your Strengths (includes assessment)\n• Developing Your Skills (includes Skills Inventory)\n• Refining Your Personal Values (includes Personal Values Inventory)\n• Uncovering Your Passions (includes MyPassionProfile)\n• Discovering your Identity Profile with IPSAT (includes one-on-one coaching session)\n• Using Self-Awareness and Self-Leadership to Bring Your Best to Work \nThis assessment\, training\, and coaching is a value of $795 and it is included as part of Emerging Leaders! \nParticipant Profile\nThis course is designed for emerging leaders in their mid-20s to late 30s. Explore the challenges you face in mission agency and church leadership positions and focus on enhancing skills required to mature and become more effective.
