SUMMARY:Personal or Team Retreat: A Self-Guided Option
DESCRIPTION:Post Falls\, Idaho   at Ross Point Conference Center\nRegister by Sept 8\, 2023  \nDesigned by. . .YOU! This development experience will provide you with a place to rest and renew\, or to spend time around a specific project or issue that you (or your small group/team) need to focus on without distraction.  Enjoy a lovely setting to minister to your heart\, mind\, soul\, and body.   If you are needing a week of self-guided personal retreat in a lovely setting\, but you don’t want to have to find a place to go or others to go with. . . Come join us during this Women’s Development Week when several other modules will be going on concurrently.  This option is also open for a small team retreat. What is it that you need time for? Reading? Rest? Prayer? Nature? A personal project? Walks? You will design your own schedule for the days\, but can join the other participants for meals\, recreation\, and worship times if you like.  Enjoy your own combination of quiet\, personal time or social interaction with other women who are on-task for God’s Kingdom. \n(Other Module groups also meeting during this week:  A Global Vision for Women – see separate banner) \nInvest now for the experience you need\, in a lovely setting for renewal and growth! Only 12 places available –  First come\, first serve!  Register by Aug 19\, 2021 (After this date\, contact us to see if places are still available.) \nSchedule:\nBegin Wed eve\, Nov 8\, with registration and dinner at 5pm\, then opening session following. Ends Tues morning\, Nov 14\, with breakfast. \nWe will enjoy an extended worship time together on the first morning to ease into our week\, group worship each morning after breakfast\, and a Free Afternoon half way through the week to enjoy the area and have some fun/recreation. Beautiful downtown Coeur d’Alene\, Idaho is 10 minutes away with shops\, restaurants\, art galleries\, the CdA Resort\, hiking by the lake! \nCost for the Week:   $795 all-inclusive\, on-site    \nWe will be hosted by the Ross Point Camp and Conference Center in Post Falls\, ID\, situated in a beautiful location on the Spokane River. This all-inclusive price includes a lovely hotel quality room with private bath ( based on double occupancy.) However\, if cancellation is made after the registration deadline and we are not able to fill your place\, your registration cannot be refunded since we are committed to our reservation with Ross Point in full after that date. In case of true emergency we can try to negotiate this\, but we will count on your being with us once you have registered! \nArrivals/Departures: \nIf you are flying from out of the area please fly into Spokane\, WA (GEG) by Wednesday afternoon\, Nov 8\, no later than 4pm\, so our scheduled start at 5pm is protected. Flight departures anytime Tuesday\, Nov 14 (breakfast included). SUMMARY:Come Away: An Experience in Soul Care
DESCRIPTION:Post Falls\, Idaho   at Ross Point Conference Center\n(Register by July 10\, 2021 or SOONER to reserve your place) \nDesigned and Facilitated by Joy Beless\, The Invitation Project. As Kingdom workers\, we often experience a weariness that does not go away with a good night’s rest. Jesus invites us to come to Him “all you who are struggling hard and carrying heavy loads and I will give you rest”. Say yes to the opportunity to breathe deeply in a beautiful setting\, as we discover and practice “new rhythms of grace” to renew and restore our souls. Besides interaction on Ruth Haley Barton’s book Sacred Rhythms\, we will explore many practices that are life giving and soul satisfying – solitude\, lectio divina\, worship\, rule of life for the journey – and more.
