SUMMARY:Leadership Pathways:  Developing Other Women Leaders
DESCRIPTION:Registration CLOSED: FULL\nLeadership Pathways: Developing Other Women Leaders\nFacilitated by Heather Althoff (Lifeway Church\, Missions Pastor)\, Ruthie Campbell (SIM Intl\, Dir of Spiritual Vitality\,)\,  Beth Eckstein (Send Intl\, Certified Exec Coach)\, and Wendy Wilson (WDT\, Exec Dir) \nThis experience will focus on 1) gaining personal clarity and more fluency in our theology of women\, exploring historical and practical trends\, and resolving tensions we may hold related to our understanding and application of biblical teaching around gender\, leadership\, gifting\, and design – at home\, in the church\, and outside\,  2) coaching as a relational leadership style to support a culture of developing the people you lead (including yourself!)\, 3) identifying aspects of organizational culture that helps women leaders thrive or conversely may unintentionally create barriers for women with leadership gifts\,  and 4) time for reflection\, connection and worship.  What a privilege to have time with peers and mentors around these rich issues that can help us\, and those around us\, to thrive! \nThis peer-mentoring community is guided by experienced women mentors and limited to a cohort of 12 participants\, so we leave with important friendships for the ongoing journey!  (A one-week in-person experience) Some advance reading. \nCourse Schedule:\nBegin Wednesday evening\, Feb 4\, with registration and dinner at 5pm\, then introductory session following. End Tuesday evening\, Feb 10\, at 7pm (registration includes your room for this night\, assuming February 11 departures.) (9:00 am – 6:00 pm daily (including worship\, personal reflection time\, group instruction and interaction\, plus several breaks and a long lunch with evenings free.) \nWe will enjoy an extended worship time together on the first morning to ease into our week\, and a Free Afternoon half way through the week to enjoy the area and have some fun/relaxation. Beautiful downtown Coeur d’Alene\, Idaho is 10 minutes away with shops\, restaurants\, art galleries\, the CdA Resort\, hiking by the lake! \nCost for the Week:  $ 900 all-inclusive\, on-site     \n\nWe will be hosted by the Ross Point Camp and Conference Center in Post Falls\, ID\, situated in a beautiful location on the Spokane River. This all-inclusive price includes lovely accommodation with a bathroom in each room (based on double occupancy) and use of all facilities\, with 3 meals/day plus coffee breaks\, for the duration of your stay\, Feb 4-11\, except dinner on the afternoon off.   It also includes training instruction\, all meeting rooms\, and administration (materials ordered separately)\, and transportation from/to the Spokane airport.  \n(Because this is actual cost\, it is not tax-deductible.)   \nRegistration: limited places\nRegister and pay through the link in the top right corner of this page. (Notation for LP – Feb 2026)  Or mail the Registration Form and Fee\, check made payable to Women’s Development Track    PO Box 894   Coeur d’Alene\, ID 83816 \nIf you prefer to have a single room\, check the box on the registration form and we will notify you if any become available\, for an extra $250/week which you can pay upon notice of availability. \nConfirmation:\nWe will confirm your reservation and send your receipt when we receive your registration form and payment. Before you book your travel\, please wait until you hear from us to affirm a full group for your module.  \nRefund Policy:\nIf cancellation is made on your part before Dec 1\, you will be refunded all but $150. If cancellation is made after Dec 1 and we are able to fill your place with another participant\, you will also be refunded all but $150. However\, if cancellation is made after Dec 1 and we are not able to fill your place\, your registration cannot be refunded since we are committed to our reservation with Ross Point in full after that date. In case of true emergency we can try to negotiate this\, but especially for configuring small group intensive mentoring experiences\, we will count on your being with us once you have registered! \nArrivals/Departures:\nIf you are flying from out of the area please fly into Spokane\, WA (GEG) by Wednesday afternoon\, Feb 4\, no later than 4pm\, so our scheduled start at 5pm is protected. DESCRIPTION:March 3-10\, 2022       hosted by Wycliffe in Orlando\, FL\n(Registration CLOSED – FULL\, dates for 2023 are now posted)\nLeadership Affirmations: Thriving as Women Leaders and Developing Others \nFacilitated by Wendy Wilson (Missio Nexus\, WDT) and JoDee Ahmann (International Coaching Federation)\nhosted by Wycliffe Bible Translators in Orlando FL      \nWhat helps us make our best contribution as women in leadership\, and also to advocate for and develop other gifted women?  \nThis experience will focus on 1) productive conversations and language that can help pave the way for healthy leadership partnerships as brothers and sisters in Christ\, 2) gaining personal clarity\, identifying inconsistencies\, exploring historical and practical trends\, and resolving tensions we may hold related to our understanding and application of biblical teaching around gender\, leadership\, gifting\, and design – at home\, in the church\, and outside\, 3) exploring what women need to do their best work and lead authentically as women\, and 4) coaching as a relational leadership style to support a culture of developing people. What a privilege to have time with peers and mentors around these rich issues that can help us\, and those around us\, thrive! \nThis peer-mentoring community is guided by experienced women mentors and limited to a cohort of 12 participants\, so we leave with important friendships for the ongoing journey!  (A one-week experience) Some advance reading. \n*Upon registration\, you will receive instructions about getting material to read ahead reflectively. \nCourse Schedule: \nBegin Thursday evening\, March 3\, with introductions and registration at 5pm\, dinner at 6pm. End Wednesday evening\, March 9\, at 7pm . 9:00 am – 6:00 pm daily. \nWe will enjoy a worship time together each morning and a Free Afternoon mid-way through the week to enjoy the area and have some fun/relaxation (we’ll need it!) There are a number of options to enjoy in the area – from the Atlantic Ocean to a variety of attractions . . . or just rest! \nCost for the Week:   $795 all-inclusive\, on-site    \nWe will be hosted by the Wycliffe Bible Translators guest facility in Orlando\, FL.
