DESCRIPTION:Registration closed\nEmbracing My Design for the Glory of God and His Purposes through Me\n(For women and men both!)\nIn a culture of overcommitment and porous boundaries\, understanding more about how God has wired me to best contribute to my relationships and ministry opportunities for HIS GLORY can help me make better (guilt-free) decisions with my limited time and support healthy relationships with the people God has placed in my life.  \nSaturday workshop: NOVEMBER 15\, 2025   9am – 1pm\n521 E Lakeside\, Coeur dAlene\, ID 83814 (Gymnasium doors facing parking lot on 5th street)\nFacilitated by Heather Erickson\, Gallup Certified Strengths Coach\, https://coeursolutions.com\nCost: $60 (Includes the Gallup Strengths Survey and materials) \nIt’s easy to think everyone approaches life and relationships the way we do\, but the reality is that God designed diversity into each one of us that allows us to 1) bring our strengths (and embrace them) for the benefit of others\, and 2) to depend on others (and grow in grace) for what they bring that is different from us. Frustration can turn to appreciation! \nUncover your unique God-given talents through CliftonStrengths reports and activities:\n* Grow your identity in Christ!\n* Lean into your God Given talents!\n* Bless your colleagues\, friendships\, marriages\, and parenting with more godly confidence!\n\n\n  \nThe workshop includes the CliftonStrengths survey which you will take 7 days before you come. It takes about 45 minutes to complete. The link to the survey will come to the email address you put on your registration form. We will deep dive into your top 5 reports\, giving you personalized insights and a full understanding of the top 5 reports. Facilitated reflection and discussion\, guided activities to help you create an application strategy for growth into your design!  After this engaging overview\, Heather can be engaged for followup appointments to explore what you have to gain through growth into your strengths: \n* in coaching more specifically into your own profile personally\,\n* in your parenting as a couple with the transforming benefit of your combined strengths\,\n*in your ministry teams to bring each member’s best contribution forward as a blessing rather than a source of frustration or stress. \n\n\n\nGet started now on this encouraging journey!
