DESCRIPTION:Discovering My Design and Personal Mission:\nBringing More of Myself to Ministry\nOctober 26 – November 1\, 2022    Kansas City\, MO at Avant Ministries\n(Registration closed: FULL – check back in 2023!)\nInvest in a week of personal refreshment and ministry renewal in a beautiful setting with like-minded peers!\nLimited places available – first come\, first serve. . .\nhosted by: Avant Ministries\nfacilitated by Caryn Young (NABC) and Julie Grunzweig (WDT) \nWhile we are all called to a lifetime of growth in Christ and participation in the purposes of God\, each of us is also given a special calling that flows out of our unique design for a particular contribution at this time in history and in our specific life context. Discover\, or re-discover\, what God has for you in this stage of life – to make your best contribution for God’s Kingdom! \nUnderstanding how God has woven into each of us a special ability for contributing to His purposes through our life experiences\, personalities\, values\, gifts and passions\, allows us to experience a deeper sense of joy\, satisfaction\, perseverance\, and impact.  By gaining clarity and confidence around that personal mission\, we can better recognize and choose involvements aligned with God’s design for us. Enjoy a week of coaching by experienced mentors and with peers toward the clarity that frees us from over- or under-commitment and a life pace that sustains us as passionate lifetime disciples.   Minimal advance preparation.  \nThis development experience will help you build confidence and skills around clarity in your own unique design and personal mission and strengthen your ability to step into the opportunities God is putting before you!  Invest now in a relational learning experience with peers\, in a lovely setting for renewal and growth! Learning is done in interactive peer-groups\, guided by experienced mentors\, with a maximum of 12 women in each group. First come\, first serve! \n(Other Module groups also meeting during this week:  Mentoring Next Generation Women – see Module Descriptions for more information.) \nCourse Schedule:\nBegin Wednesday evening\, October 26\, with introductions/overview and dinner at 5pm\, then introductory session following. End Wednesday evening\, September 14\, at 7pm (registration includes your room for this night\, assuming September 15 departures.) Daily activities from 9:00 am – 6:00 pm\, which include  worship\, personal reflection time\, group instruction and interaction\, plus several breaks\, a long lunch and evenings free. \nWe will enjoy an extended worship time together on the first morning to ease into our week\, and a Free Afternoon half way through the week to enjoy the area and have some fun/relaxation. \nCost for the Week:   $750 all-inclusive\, on-site\, or $550 for commuters\n(host mission prices for SIMers\, see below)\nWe will be hosted by SIM USA located in Charlotte\, NC.  This all-inclusive price includes lovely accommodation with a bathroom in each room (based on double occupancy) and use of all facilities\, with 3 meals/day plus coffee breaks\, for the duration of your stay\,  September  8-15\, except dinner on the day off.   It also includes training instruction\, all meeting rooms\, administration\, pick-up and delivery to the Charlotte airport\, and transportation on our day off. Since groups are limited to 10\, cancellations affect the overall group experience and configuration as well as our commitment to the facility.
