It was invaluable to be able to talk about touchy issues in an atmosphere openness and acceptance as we explore and grow, so that we can navigate our own challenges more effectively in our own mission agency. I know of no other place where it is possible to state opinions, disagree, and yet keep talking calmly and honestly together – what wonderful modeling and an incredible gift.
