Women in Leadership: Exploring Challenges and Opportunities

Retreat limited to 12 participants – first come, first serve.  Register by November 1, 2017. (If past the registration date, check with Wendy to see if places are still available.)

Renew and stretch through guided peer-interaction and reflection on the experiences of leadership, and some of the unique dynamics that women in particular encounter as leaders.

Basic Schedule:

Thursday:
5:00 – 7:00pm        Facility Tour, Dinner & Intros, Worship
        Evening:           Rest, reflection, connection, recreation as you like!

Friday:

  11:00 – 1:00              Guided Personal/Group Reflections
  1:00 – 3:00                LUNCH then walk/nap
  3:00 – 5:30                Guided Personal/Group Reflections

Saturday:

All-Inclusive On-Site Cost:   $395

This price includes breakfast/lunch/dinner and lodging, based on double occupancy, for the 3-night duration of your stay. (Single rooms may be available on request for a $100 supplement.) It also includes pick-up and delivery to the Spokane airport, and excursion transportation to beautiful downtown Coeur d’Alene on the lake – the gem of the Northwest!  (Participants staying elsewhere locally with personal transportation: $250.)

You can also email your registration form to Wendy then pay by Bank Bill Pay, made out to Women’s Development Track with a notation of retreat dates.

 Confirmation:

We will confirm your reservation when we receive your registration form and payment.

Wait to book your travel until the closing registration date for your chosen retreat, unless you hear from us sooner. 

 Refund Policy:

If cancellation is made before close of registration, you will be refunded in full. If cancellation is made after close of registration and we are able to fill your place with another participant, you will also be refunded in full. However, if we are not able to fill your place, we cannot refund the fee since we are committed to the venue by then.

Arrivals/Departures:

Fly into Spokane, WA (GEG) on Thursday, by 4pm, so we will be together for dinner and introductions Thursday evening at 5pm. Departures would be anytime on Sunday.

We will provide transportation to/from the Spokane airport (40 minutes depending on traffic) as we receive your flight information. If you are driving, we will send directions.

Other Follow-up:

After we receive your registration you will receive a few emails over the following months to affirm the reception of your travel information, more detail about our generous host accommodations, request for input on the discussion agenda, and opportunities for interaction with your peer-participants as our time grows near!
