Leadership Pathways, Part 3
February 2, 2018 @ 5:00 pm - February 8, 2018 @ 7:00 pm
Leadership Pathways, Part 3
hosted by Wycliffe Bible Translators in Orlando FL
This module will focus on nurturing the heart, character growth, life rhythms, and spiritual practices of a leader. This experience will also provide opportunity to develop our coaching skills in order to support a culture of developing people through coaching and mentoring in our leadership. And we will explore healthy working relationships between men and women at the leadership level and the productive conversations/culture shifts that can help pave the way as brothers and sisters in Christ. A fourth focus of the week is on gaining personal clarity, identifying inconsistencies, exploring historical and practical trends, and resolving tensions we may hold related to our understanding and application of biblical teaching around gender, leadership, gifting, and design – at home, in the church, and outside. More issues will be determined and offered from the experience and expertise of group members. For more details click on the Module Descriptions Tab or contact Wendy. Learning is done in interactive peer-groups, guided by experienced mentors, with a maximum of 12 participants in the group. First come, first serve! Register by December 15, 2017. (After this date, contact us to see if places are still available.)
*Upon registration, you will receive instructions about getting material to read ahead reflectively.

However, since groups are limited to 12, cancellations affect the overall group experience and configuration as well as our commitment to the facility. Therefore, we ask that each participant make every effort to be present once registered. Thank you!
If you are flying from out of the area please fly into Orlando FL (MCO) by Friday afternoon, Feb 2, no later than 4pm, so our scheduled start at 5pm is protected – especially with winter travel. Flight departures anytime Fri, Feb 9 (breakfast included). Thanks for arranging your arrival/departure times so that you will be present from beginning to end, not arriving/leaving early. It takes about 15 minutes to get from the Orlando airport to the Wycliffe guest house and we will meet you.
If you are driving to the Wycliffe guest house, please plan to be there by 4 pm on Fri, Feb 2, to get checked in and settled before our training time begins.
To best protect an undistracted experience we ask that, even if you are staying elsewhere, you stay fully engaged with your group all day from breakfast through dinner.
